Explore our diverse range of leagues designed to accommodate curlers of all levels, any day of the week. Whether you're a casual participant or a competitive player, aged 6, 106, or anywhere in-between, the Kamloops Curling Club has a league that fits you perfectly.

Mondays
Senior Select
Games are played every Monday at 10:00 am and 1:00pm, starting September 29th. Open league for seniors who want a little bit of competition. Curlers can sign up as teams or we will try to place you on one.
There is an addional cost of $10 per person, for both the Fall and Winter season, for the prize pool.
TRU League
Games are played every Monday at 7:30 pm. This league is for Thompson Rivers University (TRU) students, faculty, staff, and alumni. It's a fun and inexpensive way to learn how to curl and socialize with people associated with TRU. Fees are set by the TRU Curling Society.
Tuesdays
Rockettes
Games are played Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 9:30 am. It is a very social and fun league for women. You sign up as an individual and teams are assembled after the registrations are closed.
Tuesday and Thursday Seniors League
Games are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 pm, starting September 30th. This is a very fun, open league for our 55+ members. Mini bonspiels and organized lunches make this league extra social. Curlers sign up indicating their preferred position and then teams are assembled two times during the year.
Tuesday Afternoon Mixed League
Games are played Tuesdays at 4:30 pm starting September 30th. This league is a mixed league for all levels. Curlers sign up as part of a team. If you need help finding a team we can help you find people to play with.
Tuesday Night Open League
Games are played on Tuesday nights at 6:45 and 9:00 pm, starting September 30th.
This league has men's, ladies, mixed and open teams. It consists of teams who decide they want to play together and enter a team in the league at the beginning of the curling season. We will try to place you on a team if you do not have one.
The teams are divided into squares, and the schedule is based on a point system for a win, loss or tie. The points tally at the end of each draw will determine a team’s placing for the next draw. It's a great way to play teams of your own ability.
Wednesdays
Wednesday and Friday Morning Seniors
Games are played on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 am. This is a very fun league for our 55+ members. Mini bonspiels and organized lunches make this league extra social. Curlers sign up indicating their preferred position and then teams are assembled two times during the year.
Stick League
Games are played every Wednesday at 1:00 pm. League for teams of two players only, one at each end. No sweeping.
Ladies League
Games are played on Wednesdays at 6:00 and 8:15 pm. A special league for ladies of all levels. Curlers sign up as teams or we will try to place you on a team.
Thursdays
Rockettes

Friday Night Mixed
Games are played on Friday nights alternating between 6:00pm and 8:15pm starting October 3rd. Most sign up as a team, but you can also sign up individually and we will try to get you on a team. A very fun and sociable league.
Saturdays
Juniors
Games are played on Saturday starting October 18th. This league is a great place to start, as it involves skill development and game play. We have little rocks for kids starting at 6 years old, and regular rocks for the older kids. Children under age 12 must bring a helmet to wear on the ice. Younger kids group 10:00am-10:50am Older kids 11:10am-12:10pm.
Sundays
Sunday Practice Ice
Book some ice and practice. Instructors will be in attendance if you want some assistance. 3:30 to 5:30pm
Nisei League
Games are played every Sunday at 6:00 pm. Originally exclusive to Japanese participants, this league has evolved into a popular mixed format that experiences high demand but occasionally seeks new members. The league hosts engaging events such as food auctions, dinners, and an end-of-year bonspiel with a Japanese theme.
